Bolden was born from the dream of two Brazilians, from the Northeast of Brazil, Miguel and Thaís, who lived in Portugal and found in the movement a powerful form of expression and transformation.

Created with the purpose of empowering people to dare to achieve their best physical and mental version, Bolden is structured around three pillars that guide everything we do: Sport, Art, and Music.

Our story began in 2023 in Lisbon, with events that connected these three passions and gave a voice to independent athletes and artists. From the start, Bolden sought to unite different tribes around common values: taking care of body and mind, constantly challenging oneself, and living authentically.

In 2024, this movement took shape with the opening of the Bolden Surf School and, later, the Bolden Space in Lisbon: a training and wellness studio where the Bolden lifestyle is experienced through the five senses. A space created to promote physical and mental health, strengthen relationships, and build a solid and diverse community. Throughout this journey, we have already impacted more than 1,000 people.

Now, in 2026, Bolden enters a new phase. Established as a wellness and lifestyle brand, we maintain our community and experiences in Portugal, while taking a bold step: we're moving house. Soon, Bolden will open a new space, larger than anything we've ever created, with our roots in our homeland: Brazil.

We continue with our events and have many projects on the way. Bolden is constantly evolving, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who is part of this journey with us.
